What's for dinner?

Skinny Chicken Meatball Sandwiches

1 lb ground chicken
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup crushed saltines
worchestire sauce, a couple of splashes
Spaghetti Sauce
Mozzerella Cheese and Parmagiano cheese
4 hoagie rolls


Mix all ingredients.  Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray.  Roll mixture into golfball sized meatballs. Cook until browned.  Drain fat and add spaghetti sauce. While mixture is warming scoop out some breading from the rolls. Spoon meatballs into rolls and top with cheeses.


I serve this with microwaved frozen vegetable medley.  I have no idea how much fat, calories, sodium etc... but it's gotta be less then normal meatballs.  Right?
