As of late, I find myself yelling all the time. I'm actually starting to annoy myself. Any advice on how to discipline a 16 month old who thinks he can climb on the couch and run from one end to the other? Here are some of the deliveries I have tried:
Get off the couch
Get down
Sit down
Don't do that
No, no, no
Of course these are said at varying degrees of tones, force and emphasis.
