My Little Flower

Since the birth of my son I haven't been able to spend much uninterrupted time with my daughter. She has by no means expressed this slackness. She actually has been nothing but a helpful, proud big sister. Despite the total undivided attention she received before her sibling arrived.
Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of enjoying my little girl. Just her and I in the pool laughing and playing like two best friends. I did not realize how much I have missed our alone time. I will always remember yesterday and the way she got hysterical when I wizzed her through the water like a motorboat. I thank my dad for taking my cranky son in the house to let us enjoy our time and fun in the sun.
